With nearly two decades of experience in the hairstyling industry, Christi Martinez is the visionary founder of Christi Danielle Salon. After overcoming challenges with traditional salon culture, she set out to create a space where stylists could thrive through continuous education, collaboration, and support. Christi’s passion for empowering stylists and clients alike has driven her to redefine the salon experience, from launching her commission-based salon to pioneering suite and booth rental spaces for independent artists.

As the manager of Christi Danielle Salon, Kassie is the backbone of the salon’s daily operations and the driving force behind its structured apprenticeship program. She oversees hiring, onboarding, and mentorship, providing aspiring stylists with the tools and guidance they need to succeed behind the chair. Kassie’s dedication to fostering growth and creating a supportive environment ensures that both the staff and clients receive an exceptional experience.
